All payments are final. We don't offer refunds once your payment is confirmed.
What this means
- Each class is prepared and run for the people who join it, so we can't refund a place once it's paid for.
- This includes if you change your mind, miss lessons, or can't take part for personal reasons.
- If you miss a day, every lesson stays in the Telegram group, so you can catch up later in the week.
- If you're removed from the group for breaking the Terms & Conditions, for example by sharing the class content or link, there's no refund.
The two exceptions
- You were charged twice for the same place. We'll refund the extra payment.
- We cancel the class and don't offer you another date. We'll refund what you paid in full.
Payment problems
If money left your account but you didn't get the Telegram link, don't pay again. Email chichi@theeditroom.training or reply to your confirmation message with your payment reference, and we'll sort it out.
